Tour Plan
Your journey begins before dawn, around 4:30 AM, from the Munnar Wild Trails Office. Our off-road jeep and local driver-guide will pick you up and start the uphill drive to witness one of Munnar’s most breathtaking views — the sunrise from Top Station.
Reach Top Station just in time to watch the sunrise over the Western Ghats. On a clear morning, you’ll see layers of mountains bathed in golden light, often floating above the mist. This is a bucket-list moment for nature lovers and photographers.
On the way back from Top Station, we drive through lush green tea gardens, stopping at key viewpoints for photos. You’ll get panoramic views of rolling hills blanketed in tea bushes and mist.
Next, we stop at the famous Echo Point, where you can shout into the hills and hear your voice echo back! It’s a fun and scenic spot by the lakeside, surrounded by misty hills and eucalyptus trees.
Continue the journey to Kundala Dam, a peaceful location with a calm lake where you can enjoy a quiet walk or even paddle boating (optional). The cherry blossom trees and the shola forests here create a dreamy landscape.
Next, visit the well-known Mattupetty Dam, known for its views, boating, and the nearby Shooting Point, where many South Indian films have been shot. These locations offer excellent photo opportunities and short nature walks.
By mid to late afternoon, you'll be dropped back at the office with unforgettable memories of sunrise views, tea hills, and serene lakes.
